iPROT is a specialised platform for construction project meetings – covering structured minute-taking, systematic tracking of open tasks and automated PDF output.

The project grew out of the need to simplify recurring workflows in construction documentation without sacrificing professional standards. The central challenge was designing complex structures – topics, entry types, responsibilities, deadlines, attachments – in a way that stays intuitive and fast in day-to-day use.

The application is continuously evolving: technology stack, UX concepts and new features develop iteratively, closely aligned with the demands of real construction projects.
